- The AVAIL Enterprise plan starts at a baseline of 50+ users at $200/user/year. The Enterprise plan includes all features in the Free and AVAIL plans plus the following:
- AVAIL Stream automation
- Single Sign-on: User authentication and Group management

Can I mix and match Annual and Monthly users?
No, at this time users on the same plan must be on the same billing option.

How do I enable Host in Cloud?
A plan Admin can enable Host in Cloud by logging into the AVAIL Manage Portal, going to the Settings tab, and toggling the Host in Cloud setting.
Data limitations apply.
What are the Host in Cloud data limits?
1GB of storage aggregate per paid user (ex. 50 users = 50GB storage for the plan).
2GB of egress per paid user per month.
How can I change plans or switch between Monthly and Annual billing?

Free plans can be upgraded to AVAIL plans in the AVAIL Manage Portal from the Dashboard tab.

Licensing Questions:
How is AVAIL licensed?
Licenses are assigned to a specific user login (named user). The AVAIL software may be installed on multiple computers and the license may be accessed for use on one of these machines at a time. Otherwise, you will need to purchase the amount of licenses for the total number of users in your firm.
Does the agreement cover updates?
Yes! All AVAIL users are entitled to updates and enhancements once they are made generally available.
Does the license term automatically renew?
Yes, AVAIL licenses automatically renew unless cancelled.
Can I mix and match Annual and Monthly users?
No, at this time users on the same plan must be on the same billing option.
Can the software be used by persons outside the company?
No. The Licensee may use AVAIL only for the benefit of Customers and may not be accessed by non-users outside of the assigned company group.
Can I add Free users to my AVAIL or Enterprise plan?
No, all users on the same plan must be on the same subscription option.

Enterprise License Questions:
How does AVAIL handle licensing users for Enterprise subscriptions?
Enterprise subscriptions are 3-year terms, with annual baseline adjustments based on Average Monthly Users (AMUs), with a minimum baseline of 50 users.
At the beginning of the term, a baseline number of users is determined for the first year of billing. An unlimited number of users may use AVAIL Enterprise in addition to the baseline users during any subscription period. Annually, AVAIL looks at the number of AMUs from the past 12 months to determine if the baseline should be adjusted for the next year.
How are the number of Average Monthly Users (AMUs) determined?
Average Monthly Users are the average number of users who use AVAIL Enterprise each month. AVAIL looks at the AMUs during a previous period to determine the baseline. A user is counted when they make an action (called an event), such as indexing or searching for content in the AVAIL software.
Actions such as starting/stopping the software or viewing a Channel are not counted as usage.

What is the level of support provided in an Enterprise contract?
AVAIL is committed to providing the highest quality support! We constantly work to improve our response times, quickly get you in touch with the subject matter expert (CEO included), and won’t hesitate to hop on a call or screen share to help solve an issue.
Per the official paperwork, the AVAIL service availability goal is 99.9% up-time per year, not including scheduled maintenance.
Service requests will be responded to within 8 hours (and typically much sooner!), during business hours.

Does AVAIL support SSO?
Yes. Single sign-on allows you to login using your company credentials. Enterprise plans offer integration with your Active Directory including Azure, ADFS, Okta and others.
Once configured, if the user does not exist, AVAIL automatically create a users account the first time a user logs in to the AVAIL application.
Additionally, Active Directory groups can be mapped into the AVAIL application for easier sharing of Channels.
