Installing AVAIL

How to register for, and install, AVAIL

I want to start using AVAIL Free or I’ve purchased a Basic or Team plan

I would like to purchase a plan

I was invited to join a team (existing plan)

I want to sign into AVAIL with my ArchVision account

My company is an Enterprise customer using Active Directory (SSO)

I want to start using AVAIL Free or I’ve purchased a plan

• Register at https://app.getavail.com/register

• Check your email for the Verification Email
  • If you don’t see it, be sure to check your Spam folder
• Select the Verify Email Address link in the email
  • This should automatically take you to the Login page, with a note at the top confirming that your account is verified. If the page does not automatically open (strong security settings sometimes prevent this), you are likely still verified. Go to https://app.getavail.com/login to log in.
• Sign in on the Login page
• Complete your Profile setup
  • When asked to continue as a Team or Individual, please note, this is simply asking if you intend to use AVAIL only for personal use or if you plan to invite other users to your plan. If you select Individual, you can always decide to Create a New Team in the Manage Portal when you like.

• Select the Downloads tab
• Download the AVAIL software of your choice!
• Launch AVAIL Desktop or Browser
• The first time launching AVAIL, you’ll be asked to sign in. After that you should be logged in automatically.

I would like to purchase a plan

• Monthly or Annual plans can be purchased directly from our website by selecting Purchase under the preferred plan. Purchase links and a complete list of included features can be found at https://getavail.com/pricing/.
• Purchase the preferred plan
• Complete the Registration process above

I was invited to join a team (existing plan)

• In the invitation email, select Join Now
• This will take you to the Login screen, where you can select to Create an AVAIL account, Sign In with an existing account, or continue with Sign In with ArchVision.
• Complete the Registration process above

I want to sign into AVAIL with my ArchVision account

• Go to https://app.getavail.com/login
• Select Sign In with ArchVision
• This will redirect you to an ArchVision log in screen
• Enter your ArchVision credentials
• Complete the setup process to connect your ArchVision account to AVAIL

My company is an Enterprise customer using Active Directory (SSO)

• If your company is already using an active directory to manage AVAIL users (such as Azure or ADFS), it is not necessary to register for AVAIL
• Launch the AVAIL Desktop application
• Enter your active directory credentials the first time you log in
• After the first log in, your account will be created and should log in automatically when launching AVAIL
• Contact your plan administrator for assistance or reach out to support@getavail.com
