      Self Healing Links, Tags, and Comments

      AVAIL supports the ability to "re-index" when files (and/or folders) are moved, changed, or renamed.

      • If you rename a file, AVAIL will update itself and keep all tags you've assigned.
      • If you move the content to another location, you would need to drag and drop the content from the new location in order to update the index.
      • All of the tags will remain when you re-index from the new location.
      • We also have an Enterprise feature, called Stream, that will automatically monitor your network for these types of changes so you do not need to manually re-index.
