Who can promote a palette to an Organization palette?
Promotion is a Publisher action.
Can we share an Organization Palette with everyone?
Yes. Organization palettes can be shared with 'Everyone on My Plan'.
Can we search inside Palettes?
Yes, but it is a content name-only search within the palette (no metadata/tag filtering like channels). Palettes are limited to 200 items.
Can we add a custom image to a Palette Card?
No. Palette cards use content thumbnails only. You can choose which items appear, but you can’t upload a custom image like channel cards.
What happens if a Palette contains mixed file types?
Bulk loading a Palette will skip content for the current application. Known nuance: AutoCAD/Civil 3D bulk load may not yet bulk-load PDF/PNG (drag/drop works).
Can we copy/duplicate palettes?
Yes. Copying an organization palette creates a personal (orange) palette owned by the user. A publisher can then choose to promote a curated version again if needed.
