Azure SSO: Multiple Matching Tokens Error
How to fix a 'multiple matching tokens error' when using Azure SSO
There is a quick fix if your company uses Azure for Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, and you receive the following error message:
"Login Error multiple_matching_tokens_detected: The cache contains multiple tokens satisfying the requirements"
How to Resolve the Error:
- Close AVAIL.
- In the File Explorer, go to %localappdata%\Avail.
- Delete the file TokenCache.dat.
- Relaunch AVAIL.
- The user will be asked to sign-in again with their Azure credentials, but after that they should be logged in automatically.
