FAQ: I Received A Notification That A Channel Has Been Shared With Me, But I Don’t See It In My Channels. How do I refresh AVAIL?
You can refresh AVAIL to see new content or shared channels in several ways:
- To refresh AVAIL on the Home page (or Channel view page), you can select the Home icon
next to the General Search or the Home Menu option listed in the navigation panel on the left side of the page. - You can also refresh the Channel view by clicking the Channels Browsing Tab in the upper left corner of the AVAIL window.
There is another 'Channels' option on the main Channel View page. Clicking this button will also refresh the page to see newly shared channels.
- If you have opened a channel and are viewing content, you can refresh the Content View by clicking the Channel Name, next to 'Channels' in the upper left corner of the Content View page.
