How to edit the Display Name of Content

Rename a file within the AVAIL interface, without altering the original file name.

Files which have been indexed into AVAIL can be given a custom Display Name. Modifying the Display Name will not alter the original file name.

How to edit a file's Display Name

• Select the item you would like to rename
• Open the Details panel
• Click the file's name in the Details panel
• Update the file name
• Select Save

How to reset a Display Name to the default file name

• Select the item you would like to revert to it's default file name
• Open the Details panel
• Click the file's name in the Details panel
• Remove all text from the text field. The default name will appear.
• Select Save
