Only available for paid plans.* --- --- ### How to Run Harvest in Revit: Step-by-Step Guide Follow these steps to successfully Harvest Container File elements from Revit into AVAIL: 1\. **Open Revit** and Select the AVAIL for Revit Add-in ![](https://helpcenter.getavail.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2025-07-01-03-7672-PM.png?width=530&height=142&name=image-png-Aug-04-2025-07-01-03-7672-PM.png) 2\. **Log in** using your AVAIL credentials. Uses also have an option to **Add Elements on Sheets as Related Content**. Select the toggle from the Harvest Settings window to enable this feature.  ![](https://helpcenter.getavail.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2025-08-42-00-1588-PM.png?width=480&height=206&name=image-png-Aug-04-2025-08-42-00-1588-PM.png) 7\. **Click Run** once you have saved your settings and finished building your queue.  --- ### Harvest Output - Every Revit element appears as an individual object in the AVAIL Desktop:  taggable, searchable, and ready to drag & drop into your active Revit Project. - Harvested content can be viewed in high resolution without the presence of Revit. - Virtualized Thumbnails also allow thumbnail images to load instantly as you scroll, regardless of server connection. - Harvested content can be tagged for rapid search &  identification in AVAIL. - AVAIL allows users to bulk-load content into Revit for ease of project startup. - **NEW! Full Text Search of Drafting Views** - **NEW! From the Revit Add-ins menu, click the **AVAIL for Revit dropdown arrow**.  2\.
