Issue with: Desktop App

Location of log file: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Avail

Name of file: log.txt

Issue with: Sync

Location of log file: C:\ProgramData\Avail

Name of file: SyncService_Log.txt

Issue with: Revit Plugin

Location of log file: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Avail\AvailRevitPlugin\[YEAR]

Name of file: log.txt (the most recent file, there maybe other log files in there)

Issue with: Harvest 

Location of log file: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Avail\Avail.Harvest

Name of file: log.log

Issue with: Stream [IT needs to be involved most likely or someone with access to the server stream has been installed on]

Location of log file: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Avail\Stream  [This needs to be the user that stream is running as] 

Name of file: log.txt
