How do I add content to my Channel?

Drag and drop the files to the AVAIL window.           

How do I share my Channel?                   

  1. Go to the Channel you would like to share.
  2. Click the More Items    menu in the top right corner.
  3. Select the Shared Users option.
  4. Click on the Edit Icon .
  5. Here you can invite users to your Channel by their email.
  6. Click Save to finish.              

Can I use AVAIL for anything but Revit? 

Yes, AVAIL can be used to manage any file type in any location that is accessible by your computer on your network. You don’t have to move files to a specific location to use them.                        

 How is AVAIL administered?

Your plan administrator manages users and access. If you are an Enterprise customer and use active directory, we integrate with your directory service and                            users are managed via that service. If you don't use directory services, users are added via the AVAIL admin panel by email address. 

How are user accounts created?

Can I share files (Share Channels) with a third party using AVAIL?

Currently files can only be shared with users that have access to a shared network location or cloud.
